CRIMINAL MINDS ~ Schedule Changes for January

SSA Derek Morgan (SHEMAR MOORE) in "The Longest Night"

CBS has made some more changes to the January schedule for
CRIMINAL MINDS.

January 5 ~ The People's Choice Awards
(Dare we hope that our show won for Favorite Crime Drama?)

January 9 ~ The Longest Night
In a rebroadcast of the Season Six Premier, the BAU pursues The Prince of Darkness (Tim Curry) who strikes during rolling blackouts. The episode is mostly Derek Morgan centered. Happily for Morgan fans, he still manages to look smokin' hot, dispite having been beaten by the unsub.

Take note of the date and time ~ Sunday at 10 p.m.

January 12 ~ JJ
In a rebroadcast of A.J Cook's kiss-off episode, the BAU investigates a kidnapping.

January 19 ~ Corazon
In the long-awaited new episode, Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) suffers from headaches and hallucinations that may affect his future with the BAU, while the team investigates a series of bizarre, ritualistic murders.

January 26 ~ The Thirteenth Step
The BAU hunts for a young couple on an interstate murder spree, while Prentiss (Paget Brewster) hears frightening news from her former boss at Interpol.

CRIMINAL MINDS ~ Thanks A Lot CBS!

SHEMAR MOORE/Derek Morgan fans who have been waiting for the first new episode of CRIMINAL MINDS in 2011, will have to wait awhile longer. The episode entitled "Corazon" was set to premier on Wednesday, January 12. In a scheduling shuffle, the episode has been pushed back a week and will not be shown until January 19.

Yippity-zip! We will be treated to a rerun of "The Mentalist" instead.

Apparently, the powers that be want the new CRIMINAL MINDS to act as a lead-in for "Blue Bloods," which is moving to Wednesdays at 10 p.m. In February, "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior" will move into that time period. Whatever...

TWENTY-ONE days until a new episode of CRIMINAL MINDS. We at LOVING MOORE are NOT happy!

One small bright spot, however, is that the network is showing a rerun of the sixth season premier, "The Longest Night," on Sunday, January 9 at 10 p.m. The BAU team continues to pursue The Prince of Darkness (Tim Curry), a killer who strikes when there are rolling blackouts.

A.J. Cook gives an amazing performance in this one, in her next to last episode before the network gave her the kiss-off.

SHEMAR MOORE fans will enjoy it, too, since it is primarily Derek Morgan centric. You see an entirely different side to the complex character of our Agent Morgan, which will surely titillate his fans.

LOVING MOORE AND MORE...is a website devoted primarily to SHEMAR MOORE. We invite you to join us.

Next on CRIMINAL MINDS ~ Encore ~ "Retaliation"

In a touching scene from RETALIATION, you see the compassionate side of Derek Morgan (SHEMAR MOORE) and the bond he has with BAU Team Leader, Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson) as they discuss Morgan's tenure as head of the unit.

Worth seeing again, CBS is repeating the CRIMINAL MINDS episode, "Retaliation," on Wednesday, December 29.

The BAU pursues a criminal who goes on a killing spree after escaping custody.

It guest stars Daytime Emmy Award winning actor, A Martinez, who was honored for his role as Cruz on "Santa Barbara." Unfortunately, if you blink, you are apt to miss him in a part which is far too brief to satisfy his fans.

On Wednesday, January 5, CRIMINAL MINDS will be not be shown in order for th network to present the 37th Annual People's Choice Awards. Dare we hope that our favorite crime drama is a winner?

CRIMINAL MINDS ~ Alternatives to Tonight's Lousy Episode

With the holidays upon us, CBS is showing reruns of CRIMINAL MINDS until Wednesday, January 12, 2011, when the series returns with an episode entitled "Corazon."

Tonight (December 22) is a repeat of "The Fight," which was the pilot for the upcoming MINDS spin-off, "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior."

Most of us at LOVING MOORE were disappointed in the episode, as well as being disgruntled at the whole idea of a spin-off.

Also, we felt that we were cheated out of screen time with our regular cast members so that the cast of the new series could be featured.

LOVING MOORE is a SHEMAR MOORE centered website. So, we were naturally unhappy seeing about four minutes of SHEMAR'S character, Derek Morgan, in the episode and thirty-eight minutes of Forest Whitaker, as somebody named Sam Cooper. Besides, the episode sucked! Poorly written and without chemistry among the spin-off cast, it was an hour we'll never get back in this lifetime.

LOVING MOORE is suggesting that SHEMAR MOORE fans pass on the rerun tonight at 9:00 on CBS, but put on ION television at 10:00 p.m. They are showing "Minimal Loss," which was a vastly superior episode of MINDS.

A reminder that our LOVING MOORE AND MORE...Message Board is down due to server problems but should be back up within the next 24 hours.

New SHEMAR MOORE Interview

SHEMAR MOORE recently gave an insightful interview to the Canadian magazine. DOLCE. He talked about his role as SSA Derek Morgan on CRIMINAL MINDS, his annual MS Bike Ride, his mother's struggle with MS, and his recovery from the accident last year when he was hit by a car while training for the MS ride.

Wonderful SHEMAR MOORE Interview Resurfaces!

When "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" premiered in 2005, the cast appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show." Tyler Perry, Kimberly Elise and "Criminal Minds" star, SHEMAR MOORE, were interviewed for the full hour and clips from the movie were shown. SHEMAR fans remember it as one of his best ever interviews.

We had talked about it over on the LOVING MOORE AND MORE...Message Board, and one of our members said he still had the interview recorded. A big shout out to our TB18 for posting it on YouTube today.

CRIMINAL MINDS ~ Morgan's Episode and Team Secrets

The CRIMINAL MINDS episode, "25 to Life" aired on Wednesday, December 15. While Derek Morgan fans were speculating that the "secret" that was hinted at for each BAU Team member this season would be revealed for our hero, it was not. Half way through Season 6, we are still waiting for the secrets. Shucks!

All we have learned so far is that computer whiz, Penelope Garcia, is a closet thespian. It came to light in "Reflection of Desire" that Garcia, just like her real life persona, Kirsten Vangsness, performs in live theater.

Reid's secret (Matthew Gray Gubler) looks like it is going to be the topic of the next new CRIMINAL MINDS episode, "Corazon," scheduled for January 12. It has something to do with headaches and hallucinations, or something. The Gube's Girls will surely be in their glory, as their dude suffers some new adversity.

Over on the LOVING MOORE AND MORE...Message Board, we have been speculating that Rossi's (Joe Mantegna) secret would likely be a past romantic relationship with the Section Chief everyone loves to hate, Erin Strauss (Jayne Atkinson). Could anything less cause two characters to have so much disdain for each other? Oh, it is going to be delicious if that is what Rossi's secret turns out to be.

We are still in the dark about our Derek Morgan, however. Rest assured that Morgan's Baby Girls are going to be extremely upset if his secret in any way diminished his hero status. As far as we are concerned, he's THE MAN.

One thing that isn't a secret is that SHEMAR MOORE is a fine actor, who proved that he can carry an episode of CRIMINAL MINDS. In an episode without Thomas Gibson and light on Matthew Gray Gubler, SHEMAR, who once aspired to be a professional baseball player, knocked it out of the ballpark.

Way to go, SHEMAR!
